Riders complete training sessions without understanding why something works or does not. The result: stagnation despite regular training.
Most riding facilities offer the same: lessons, courses, clinics. What is missing is a system that makes real development visible.
Without structured feedback, development remains a gut feeling. Riders do not know where they stand - and facilities cannot demonstrate added value.
"The problem is not lack of effort. The problem is lack of clarity - about rhythm, line selection, timing, and one's own decision-making structure in the course."
β Andy Candin, International Coach & Founder VAEquestrian.ai
The Empathic Jump Experience combines four elements into a structured development process: practical training, AI-powered video analysis, mental coaching, and structured feedback. The goal is not more training - but deeper understanding.
Three-stage analysis (before, after day 1, after day 2) with measurable parameters for rhythm, balance, line selection, and timing. No gut feeling - data.
Small groups (max. 3 riders), divided by performance level. Each session is filmed and evaluated. Individual plan for each rider-horse pair.
The seminar Orientation instead of Pressure gives riders concrete tools for competition and training. Goals that calm - not stress.
Personal final report with 3-phase comparison, concrete exercise recommendations, and trainer feedback. A lasting foundation for further training.
The principle: Understanding beats repetition.
A rider who understands why a jump succeeds or fails develops faster than one who repeats the same exercise a hundred times.
Voices from past EJE programs
"The analysis addressed exactly the topics that really matter. I took away that I need to give my horse more control."
"I found the program very helpful and innovative. I particularly liked that we worked on mindset, which is often neglected in equestrian sport."
"The AI analysis gave me a lot of clarity and courage. Some of my mistakes I had never noticed, but they make total sense now."
EJE is a structured process - from preparation to integration. Each phase has a clear function.
Participants send a current training or competition video. The AI creates a detailed pre-analysis as an individual baseline for each rider.
Personal introduction of all participants. Presentation of AI pre-analyses. Mental seminar Orientation instead of Pressure with a personal goal plan for the season.
Practical show jumping training in small groups (max. 3 riders) with video recording. Evening joint live analysis on a large screen - learning through seeing.
Final training with direct comparison to the pre-analysis. Visible progress is documented. Individual feedback for each rider-horse pair.
Each participant receives a personal final report: 3-phase comparison, concrete exercise recommendations, and trainer feedback via WhatsApp/email.
We work selectively. Not every application leads to a collaboration.
International show jumper, Nations Cup participant (FEI European Championships Aachen 2015), and founder of VAEquestrian.ai. Andy Candin developed the EJE system from practice - as a response to a structural problem in show jumping: riders train a lot, understand little.
The EJE system combines his experience as an international competition rider with AI-powered analysis and a structured coaching approach based on trust-based human-animal communication.
